to you is surely in our restaurant.
Our chef offers you a frank cooking, based on product authenticity. He picks the best meat breeds just for you and matures them in the restaurant. This gastronomic process of ageing allows the meat to reveal all its gustatory qualities, like a good wine kept in a cellar. You will also find our suggestions on the menu, which change according to the season.
In our wine cellar, we put the spotlight on our beautiful French wine-growing regions as well as some foreign wines.
